Striker Roberto Fletcher yesterday inspired home team Tivoli Gardens to a 2-0 victory over Seba United at the Edward Seaga Stadium in the Cash Plus National Premier League.

Fletcher setup substitute Jermaine Allen’s goal in the 66th minute and then won a penalty, which Oraine Simpson converted in the 85th minute.

Tivoli’s win was a crucial one as the three points earned reduced Portmore United’s lead atop the standings.

Tivoli now moved to 24 points, four behind Portmore United, who drew goalless with Boys’ Town at Collie Smith Drive.

In other games, Waterhouse edged Arnett Gardens 2-1 at Drewsland while St. Georges beat August Town 2-1 at Lynch Park.

Reno and Sporting Central Academy battled to a goalless tie at St. Elizabeth Technical High School while Village United and Harbour View drew 1-1 at Elliston Wakeland Centre.
