Nakia Brown was granted bail when he appeared in the Santa Cruz Resident Magistrate's Court.

Brown was arrested on August 18, after a police search of his house in Burnt Savannah.

The police claim they found an exercise book with handwritten information pertaining to residents living in the United States along with other lottery scamming items.

Several SIM cards and electronic devices were also reportedly seized.

Brown was later charged with possessing identity information.

A Stop Order has been placed on Brown at all ports of entry.
