The 2014 Contender Series winner Sakima Mullings will headline a four-fight boxing card in Guyana on Saturday.

The 31-year-old Jamaican will face Derrick Richmond of Guyana in a non-title welterweight bout over eight rounds.

The bout will be the first for Mullings since he defeated his Jamaican teammate Testi Davis on July 9 to win the 2014 Wray & Nephew Contender Series final.

That victory crowned him the welterweight champion of Jamaica.

Richmond, the Guyana welterweight champion, appeared at the 2014 Contender Series in Jamaica but lost to undefeated record to Tsetsi Davis in the preliminary round.

There will be another Jamaican on the fight-card.

Kemahl Russell will take on Winston Pompey of Suriname in a super middleweight bout over six rounds.
