Dr Carl Williams installed as new JCF head

The installation ceremony for the new head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), Dr Carl Williams, is now underway at the Police Officers’ Club on Hope Road in St Andrew.



Williams, who is the country’s fourth top cop in nine years, is replacing Owen Ellington who has retired.



He comes to the post with a track record of innovation and performance in a wide variety of command roles in the JCF.
