CRICKET: WI Women vs New Zealand Women

West Indies Women, sent in to bat, scored 214 for eight in the fourth and final One-Day International (ODI) against New Zealand Women at Warner Park in St Kitts.

West Indies have already won the series and are aiming for a clean sweep.

Jamaican Stafanie Taylor top scored with 66, her 18th ODI half century.

Kycia Knight supported with 39 and her opening partner Jamaican Natasha McLean hit 36.

Jamaican Shanel Daley scored 29 not out.

Georgia Guy was the best bowler for New Zealand Women with three for 23.

New Zealand Women will start their reply shortly.

They need 215 to win.

The first three ODIs of the series counted towards the ICC Women’s Championship and West Indies have picked up the maximum six points.

It means that the Windies Women join World champions Australia in the Number One position following the completion of the first round of matches.
