The Police have listed three alleged gang members as persons of interest in relation to the killing of Police Constable James Grant.

Those being sought are Oshane Morris otherwise called 'Chucky' and two other men who are only known by their alias.

They are Bomb Head and Titty Man.

Head of the Corporate Area's Major Investigation Taskforce, Superintendent Michael Phipps, says Morris was charged with murder in 2010 and was in police custody up until last year when he was granted bail.

Superintendent Phipps further says since his release last year Morris has been linked to several crimes committed in the August Town area.

Meanwhile, he says police investigators recovered 36 additional M16 spent shell when they went back to the crime scene yesterday.

The police had reported that they found nine spent shells at the crime scene on Monday.

Constable Grant was attached to the Operations Support Unit at the Half-Way Tree Police Station.

He is the first member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force to be killed this year.
