FOOTBALL: Arnett, Waterhouse in Monday night showdown

The unbeaten pair of Arnett Gardens and Waterhouse will be in action today as they face off in the Monday night fixture of the Red Stripe Premier League.



The match will take place at the Anthony Spalding Complex, beginning at 9 p.m.

Both teams have won two matches.



Arnett Gardens secured their two victories from three games, while Waterhouse played two games and won both.



Only a point separates the teams in the table with Arnett in third place on seven and Waterhouse in fourth place on six.



Meanwhile, Cavalier maintained their early lead in the table following an away 1-0 victory over Humble Lion yesterday.



With the victory Cavalier moved to 11 points, three ahead of second place Rivoli United, who whipped newcomers Barbican 4-0 in the first match of the National Stadium double header.



Harbour View beat Boys’ Town 4-1 in the second match at the National Stadium.



In day’s other match, Tivoli Gardens beat Reno 2-1 at the Edward Seaga Complex.
