FOOTBALL: Walker Cup action continues today

Wolmer’s Boys will begin the defence of their Walker Cup knockout title today when the urban-area competition resumes.



The day features the final two quarter-final matches at the Constant Spring field.



Wolmer’s Boys will face Charlie Smith in the second match at the venue.



That match is scheduled to start at 3 p.m.



The first match sees St George’s College playing Camperdown at 1 p.m.



The two winners will contest the second semi-final on Wednesday, October 15.



Jamaica College (JC) and Hydel meet in the first semi-final following quarter-final wins yesterday.



JC beat Holy Trinity 4-0, while Hydel defeated Denham Town 2-1.
