The St Catherine North Police are this morning intensifying their probe into yesterday's murder of four men in Linstead, St Catherine.

The gunmen reportedly made off with about $1.5 million.

The bodies were reportedly found in a car.

Preliminary reports suggest that the men were robbed and killed after leaving the site of the China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) in Linstead.

Jennifer Armond, the Regional Communications Manager for CHEC says the incident took place shortly after 4 o’clock.

She says one of the men was associated with CHEC, as a liaison with community workers.

Armond says CHEC will issue an official statement tomorrow morning.
