CRICKET: Pakistan complete 2-0 Test series sweep against Australia

Pakistan crushed Australia by 356 runs in the second and final Test in Abu Dhabi today to complete a 2-0 series victory.



Resuming today’s final day on 143 for four chasing an improbable 603 for victory, Australia were bowled out for 246.



Pakistan claimed the remaining six wickets in little over a session to secure their first Test series victory against Australia in 20 years.



The win took them above England, Sri Lanka and India to Number three in Test rankings, behind South Africa and Australia.



Steve Smith top scored for Australia with 97 as the visitors lost their last five wickets for only eight runs.



Zulfiqar Babar was the best bowler for Pakistan with five for 120, while Yasir Shah claimed three for 44.



Final scores in the match - Pakistan 570 for 6 declared and 293 for three declared; Australia 261 and 246.
