'Spiderman' caught in police dragnet

Kemar Thompson, who was wanted for several crimes in the St. Catherine North division, is now in police custody.



Thompson, who is also known as ‘Gatlin’ and ‘Spiderman’ was held yesterday by detectives from the St Catherine Major Investigation Task Force and the Organised Crime Investigation Division.



The police were conducting operations in the Spanish Town business district and surrounding communities.



According to the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Corporate Communications Unit, Spiderman is to be questioned in the presence of his attorney, with a view of laying charges later this week.
