The Cross Roads Police are on the hunt for robbers who they say made off with $1 million worth of stolen items from an electronics store on Half-Way Tree road over the weekend.

They say they have received information that between Saturday and yesterday thieves gained entrance into the establishment and stole several pieces of high-end equipment.

The stolen items include 10 tablets, two flat screen televisions, an Ipod, four laptops and more than one dozen cellular phones.

The police say it is believed that the robbers escaped through a gully at the back of the premises.

They are advising members of the public who may be approached to purchase these items that buying or selling stolen property could result in criminal charges being laid against them.

The Police are asking the public to report anything that may help in their investigations.
