JLP: PNP celebrating three years of failure, arrogance and corruption
The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) has responded to the People's National Party's celebration of its third anniversary since the 2011 election win saying the comrades should be ashamed to do so.
"Their commemoration is actually a celebration of failure, incompetence, arrogance and corruption," said JLP General Secretary, Dr Horace Chang.
According to Chang, the PNP's three years in office has been a period of pain and punishment.

"Almost everybody is suffering under this PNP regime," Chang said in a release this afternoon.
"They have been dishonest, arrogant and uncaring. They don't know how to grow the economy or how to balance the people's lives," he continued.
According to Chang the PNP has failed the people's test and is implementing a programme of balancing the books but not people’s lives.
"They are a total failure in creating a framework for growth and development. Only the Jamaica Labour Party has had this as a core policy, which is the only route to generate jobs, increase prosperity and the quality of people’s lives."
Chang asserted that the Prime Minister campaigned on a promise of delivering jobs, honesty and increased transparency, but said none of these has been seen.
