FIFA's vice-president Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein is set to challenge incumbent Sepp Blatter for the leadership of football's governing body.

Al Hussein, who is the Prince of Jordan, will stand as a candidate at FIFA's presidential election on May 29, where the 78-year-old Blatter, will seek a fifth term of office.

Al Hussein, who has been the president of Jordanian football since 1999, says he has been encouraged to challenge Blatter for the top post by some of his colleagues.

He says it is time to shift the focus away from administrative controversy and back to sport.
