KINGSTON, Jamaica:

A man, who is believed to be of unsound mind, reportedly damaged a Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) bus a short while ago.

The 22A bus was in the vicinity of J. Wray & Nephew on Spanish Town Road, heading towards downtown Kingston, when a stone was thrown into the bus damaging the window and injuring passengers.

The driver then beckoned to a passing police team which assisted the injured passengers.

Passengers reportedly insisted that the man should be arrested but the police said they were unable to do anything.

There are reports that the 22A bus was the third vehicle damaged by the man today.
