BEACH FOOTBALL: Jamaica to face Puerto Rico

Jamaica will tackle Puerto Rico in their opening game of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualifiers in El Salvador in March.



The Reggae Boyz are among 16 teams vying to secure two spots from the CONCACAF region to the World Cup in Portugal in July.



They have been drawn in Group A.



The Jamaicans will oppose the Puerto Ricans on March 28.



They will then face Belize on March 29 and end their campaign against El Salvador on March 30.



Group B includes, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Guadeloupe, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.



The regional tournament is set to run from March 28 to April 4.
