Man accused of killing Celeena Headman denied bail
The man accused of the 2014 murder of eight-year-old schoolgirl, Celeena Headman, has again been denied bail.
The accused, 21-year-old Tristan Shannon, appeared in the Yallahs Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Shannon was ordered to return to court on February 20.
He is accused of killing the eight-year-old White Hall Primary School student after she was sent to a shop in February, 2014.
When she failed to return home, an alarm was raised, and a search was launched.
The child's body was found in bushes with the throat slashed and arms bound.
Investigations by the St Thomas police led to Shannon's arrest.
