The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) is advising members of the public that high winds and related high tides continue to deposit sea water and debris onto the Palisadoes Road.

The roadway is the main route to the Norman Manley International Airport.

The ODPEM said motorists should continue to exercise caution when traveling along the Palisadoes Road.

A team from the National Works Agency has been working to clear the roadway.

Last weekend the roadway was flooded reducing traffic to a single lane.
