Reggae Boyz squad named

Jamaica’s Technical Director, Rene Simoes has added 11-local based players to his 23-member squad for Wednesday’s friendly against Costa Rica at the National Stadium.

The match will be used to launch the Reggae Boyz’ Road to South Africa campaign.

Two of the local-based players have earned their first call up to the national senior squad. They are Ricardo Cousins of Portmore United and Lance Laing of Harbour View.

The remaining players are Wolry Wolfe, Adrian Reid, Jermaine Hue, Nicholy Finlayson, Christopher Harvey, Reon Nelson, Duwayne Kerr, Dwayne Miller and Rudolph Austin.

All the overseas-based players, except Derby County’s Claude Davis, will be available for the game.
