The final leg of the six week Digicel Kick Start Football Clinics will began at the Barbican football field today.

The clinic will be conducted by Jamaican-born and former Liverpool and England footballer John Barnes.

The series of camps, which was launched in Guyana on January 7, has been to Suriname, Barbados, Haiti, Antigua, St. Kitts and Trinidad and Tobago.

During the three-day Jamaican leg, Barnes will coach the Under 20 national squad. He will be assisted by Theodore Whitmore, Lenworth Hyde and Donovan Duckie.

The Under 20 team will play a friendly match against Seba United on Saturday.

After the match John Barnes will then select the six most talented Under 20 footballers. These players will travel to England to take part in a one-week training course, with English Premier League club Sunderland.
