Montego Bay businessmen Fred Smith, Joe Hylton and Lachu Ramchandani hosted an awards event in honour of western Jamaica journalist Janet Silvera for her outstanding achievements in media. It was held last Thursday night at the Golden Dynasty Chinese Restaurant in Montego Bay.
