Stocks Round Up | KLE, Medical Disposables and FESCO today's top winners

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index continued to inch back up on Thursday.

The slow trading ended with an advance/decline ratio of 46/32

The JSE Combined Index advanced by 1,240.64points or 0.29per cent to close at 429,085.24.

The JSE Main Market Index was up 987.23 points or 0.23 per cent to close at 426,551.38 while the Junior Market Index advanced by 31.92 points or 0.95 per cent to close at 3,402.51

The JSE USD Equities Index advanced by 2.91 points or 1.49 per cent, closing at 197.63.

Medical Disposables up 10.98 per cent to close at $ 4.75
FESCO up 10.77 per cent to close at $1.44

Transjamaican Highway USD up 8.54 per cent to close at US$0.01


Eppley 8.75 Preference Shares 2023 down 7.00 per cent to close at $6.51
138 Student Living down 5.39 per cent to close at $4.91
Sterling Investments down 5.05 per cent to close at $2.82
Mayberry Jamaican Equities down 3.97 per cent closing at $8.94
Mayberry Investments down 3.85 per cent closing at $5.99

Market volume

Some 11 million units valued at over $65.76 million were traded today.

Volume leaders were FESCO, followed by Sagicor Select-Financial and Wigton.
