The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index closed today halting its losing streak. The busy session ended with an advance/decline ratio of 49/43.

The JSE Combined Index advanced by 625.49 points or 0.16 per cent to close at 382,871.73.

The JSE Main Market Index advanced by 480.00 points or 0.13 per cent to close at 369,335.69; while the Junior Market Index advanced by 19.64 points or 0.47 per cent to close at 4,174.54. The JSE USD Equities Index advanced by 2.01 points or 0.97 per cent to close at 208.28.

84.29 million units valued at over $1266.5 million.

Volume leaders were: SSLVC, followed by Wigton and JMMB Group 7.35 per cent Redeem Prefs.
