Reggae Sumfest 2015: Impressive line-up for final night, Beenie Man to close show

Today’s final night package, which will bring the curtain down on Reggae Sumfest 2015, is now up and running at the Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre, in Montego Bay, with opening act Dwane Antonio setting the pace for the impressive line-up of stars down to perform later.

While ace Jamaican dancehall Beenie Man, the ‘girls dem sugar’, will be the closing act,  the line-up features several international stars to include the likes of Jennifer Hudson,Yazz The Greatest, Person of Interest and Zhavea.

In addition to Beenie Man, Jamaica will be represented by the likes of LUST, Christopher Martin, Chi Ching Ching and Kalado.

The festival, which started on Sunday with an impressive welcome Beach Party at the Aquasol Theme Park, in Montego Bay, hit top gear on Thursday Night when the likes of Lady Saw, Spice, Capleton and I-Octane all unleashed excellent performances.

The pace was kept hot last night with the likes of Jesse Royal, Raging Fire, Coco Tea and International star Common serving up rich musical delight.

The festival, which is in its 23rd  year, is expected to generate over a J$1 billion in earnings for the local economy.
