“Arise Mighty Warrior” top gospel song for 2017

Shaughna-Lee Steele hails from Buff Bay, Portland and describes herself as a cheerful individual who enjoys making people happy, engaging in sporting activities and spending time with family and friends. She is an alumni of the Titchfield High School and at 22 years old has completed a B.Sc. Degree in Geography and is currently pursuing an MPhil Degree in Geography at the University of the West Indies, Mona.

She is a member of the Bybrook Glorious Light Apostolic Temple and has been a Christian for 12 years. Shaughna-Lee has a passion for singing and music.

She has participated in several competitions including the JCDC Festival of the Performing Arts in Music, JCDC Children1s Gospel Song Competition and the JCDC Big Stage Competition where she received several medals and trophies for her achievements. She hopes to continue her gospel ministry, encouraging persons to come to Christ and to walk steadfastly in His way.

Her single "Arise Mighty Warrior" is an appeal for more soldiers to join her on the battlefield for the Lord.
