Round Hill

For each year that they have participated in the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, the restaurant at Round Hill, has brought something new, but equally tantalising to foodies in western Jamaica.

According to Director of Food & Beverage Hillary Stewart, "Each year, we try to do something different, so they get something different and new."

She notes that the menu is usually dictated by what is in their organic garden, and that is what's unique about Round Hill - they use the freshest ingredients possible. Their dishes are prepared with fresh in-season ingredients not just from their garden, but the farmers they work with are those who operate in a sustainable way. "We try to make our food as down-to-earth as possible," notes Stewart, but we guarantee that it will taste like a piece of heaven come November 13-21.
