On the corner: In Central Kingston, I'll put my 'X' beside the head because:
"I see my father used to work for small wages. I come back to Jamaica and I have to hold my head and say, a nuh Jamaica dis? Up to last week, I was in the hospital and I see a little kid looking after me. I say, 'You a doctor?' and he said, 'Yeah'. How dem say nothing nah gwaan. You see, one thing can help Jamaica is education - education and more education That's all can help, education, and Mr Thwaites says that.
"I am a born Comrade. I born and grow in PNP household. We have roads, highways, by-ways. My sons are excelling in high school because of the investment of my member of Parliament, and if I don't live to see it, the ants will come and tell me in my grave that they were successful. We should vote for Mr Thwaites, for he is pushing for education, and it's the only vehicle, the only train, and that is the Portia train.
"I have seen so much done under the PNP administration. Employment has improved; road infrastructure has improved. PNP is one of the best parties in the Caribbean.
It is my understanding that representation has been made for housing development in the constituency, and in the next administration, housing is a priority, although we must appreciate the financial constraints under which the Government is operating.
