Normal operations have been restored at the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH) following a major disruption yesterday.

Yesterday, operations at the facility were disrupted following a power failure around 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

The hospital's management had asked persons to seek emergency care at other facilities until further notice.

Last night, the Health Minister Dr Christopher Tufton visited the hospital.

At the time power had been restored to most of the affected areas.
