Having read George Davis' article on Flow on Wednesday, I would just like to provide further information on the issue.
I, myself, am in a similar situation, having lost all my movie channels, for which I am still paying.
We were given brief access to the FOX channels, which I thought was replacement for the ones lost. I was so wrong. The FOX channels were recently blocked.
When I enquired, I was told I had to pay an additional $900 for the channels. I immediately asked, so where are the movie channels that I'm now being charged for? I'm still yet to receive a response. I was also informed that they have the right to add and remove channels from any package, as they see fit, and that these terms were included in the contract.
Flow's action is nothing short of highway robbery! Something needs to be done.
