Teething Pains for new FLOW
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I really don't know what to make of this FLOW/cable issue. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand the frustration persons out there are having, complaining about FLOW's removal of cable channels. However, instead of complaining, I simply just found a solution that was right in front of my eyes: 'Cable your way'. I simply chose the 10 channels that I watch the most and have them packaged at a standard fee which means I pay for the content that I actually want. I can easily even switch out channels if I so choose.
What I am really disheartened about is the fact that FLOW literally came in, introduced me to a great product, great service with quality options and then yanked it away, albeit by force. Talk about "putting butter to puss mout."
I know since the merger there have been several issues plaguing the telecoms company and I have been seeing it in both traditional and social media but I attributed those issues to "teething pains" as two major corporations become one....it had better be! I have given them until Christmas and hopefully they are on the right track. One thing I was banking one was having the customer care centre back in Jamaica and Mr. Gary Sinclair, the company's CEO recently announced that will be done shortly.
All I have to say is, December is right around the corner FLOW, so be quick to sort out your issues or I shall be joining those who are out for blood.
