Even Donald Trump has a plan, JLP

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I find it utterly amazing that with an election somewhere around the corner, the only thing the Opposition has offered to the people of Jamaica so far is criticism after criticism. I have yet to hear if the road from poverty to prosperity will be paved with gold, silver or regular cement.

In light of all those premature babies dying, I have yet to hear the Jamaica Labour Party's (JLP) plans of furthering deaths of premature babies should they win the election.

Apart from telling Jamaicans that if they want to wake up out of their beds alive, they should not vote People's National Party (PNP), I have yet to hear how, in a country where more than 1,000 persons, have died since the start of the year, just how the JLP would combat crime.

So then, should Jamaicans simply vote for the JLP based on what the PNP has done or not done? Come on, even Donald Trump has a plan.

Am I to take it that Jamaicans should go to the polls and vote for the JLP simply because Andrew is younger?

Cussing Michael Manley and P.J. Patterson does not an election win. Walking from district to district and kissing old ladies does not an election win.
