Crappy service from Logic One
THE EDITOR, Sir:
This is an open letter to cable provider Logic One.
Customers of your less-than-adequate service have, over the past six to seven weeks, been suffering with garbled channels.
With the type of package notwithstanding, no channel is exempt. To add to our misery, no one answers any of your four listed phone numbers. Of course, we won't be credited for the disruption to our services.
Can the Fair Trading Commission come to our assistance?
