FLOW disconnected from quality service
THE EDITOR, Sir:
My landline service was disrupted during the heavy rains on the weekend of May 25, 2019. On Sunday, May 26, at 2:40 p.m., I reported it to a representative named Jermaine and was told that I would be contacted. My report number is 4936430.
I informed Jermaine that it was necessary for the line to be returned at the quickest time, as there was someone in my home that was not well, and the landline was the only means of contact with me when I am at work.
Having not heard from anyone, I called on May 28 and was told that the line was checked but required a visit to the premises, which they scheduled for May 31.
Visit did not materialise
This scheduled visit didn’t materialise. I posted a comment on the FLOW Facebook page and was contacted and asked to provide a contact number, but still no call was received from FLOW.
I reached out to a senior officer of FLOW, telling him of my plight, and he advised me to visit the office and make the report directly, which I did on June 13. My problem is still unsolved.
Is this the kind of customer service FLOW delivers to their customers?
