Welcome back to full-time face-to-face classes

THE EDITOR, Madam:

THIS HAS been a year of glorious uncertainties, and with face-to-face class resuming in all schools, this could cancel some awkward predictions in academia. Our students are struggling perpetually with the grave nature of what the future holds. Everybody will have to man up and pray for sanity of the young and the young at heart to overcome these obstacles.

This will dissolve the gloom and doom which has had our beautiful country in a constant spin. Now we will have to work twice as hard to rectify the problem. The Government must now define its path and work assiduously and painstakingly to correct the learning deficiencies which have complicate things. We have reached a point where we can now say we are on the road to accurate development to compensate good governance.

The opposition must now engage agencies they are in sync with to help the ruling party bring back glimmers of what transpired in academia prior to 2020. Grassroots education is what has to be placed on the agenda for the up-and-coming stalwarts who have lost their grounds in more ways than one. We have to use methodologies to make them feel they are ahead of their predecessors in schoolwork at their age levels. In other words, we will have to boost their confidence in schoolwork for them to sprint away gracefully in examinations then we can create to moment of total satisfaction for them to recognise their worth on an international scale.

We can only hope and pray that discipline is not at mind-boggling levels which could avert the gains we have acquired over the time of the pandemic.
