Happy 60th, Christiana High
THE EDITOR, Madam:
I want to commend the principal and staff at Christiana High School in Manchester for the excellent work they have been doing. As a non-traditional high school, the institution has made significant progress in its academic and behavioural output over the last ten years. The school is now highly sought after by many students who would normally aspire to be at a traditional high school. Principal Leecent Wallace is to be commended for his astute leadership of the institution.
This year the Christiana High School celebrates its 60th anniversary, dubbed its diamond jubilee. Hearty congratulations for 60 wonderful years of providing quality education to the children of Manchester in particular and Jamaica as a whole. As your motto says: ‘Our Best Is Jamaica’s Hope’.
