From the highly anticipated Balmain showing at Paris Fashion Week to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures première party, this week has been chock-full of fashion, sightings and notable events. At the Balmain 10th anniversary show, an emotional recorded message by Beyoncé opened the event, paying tribute to Olivier Rousteing, the 36-year-old French designer who she said strove to put diversity at the heart of his fashion. To her smash hit Halo, Naomi Campbell and Carla Bruni strutted out at the high-octane show held inside the concert complex La Seine Musicale on the outskirts of Paris and celebrating a decade of inclusive designs. In Los Angeles, R&B artiste H.E.R. walked the red carpet for one of a number of star-filled celebrations held on the eve of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures’ début.
