From the ‘gyal tunes’ playlists on rotation at 36 Hope Road, Kingston, it was clear the aim of Bubble was to get bumpers rolling and waistlines moving on Saturday night. There was plenty eye-candy all around as women came out with their crews of girlfriends, sporting the ‘bubble’ essential – short shorts. Others were coupled up with a male counterpart, but in any case, the night saw periodic ‘bubbling’, facilitated by the event’s DJs, including Tyler Chung, Laing D, Kashmatic, DJ Kryptic and DJ Mac.
