On Wednesday night, bright lights illuminated the streets of Water Lane in downtown Kingston for one of the most highly anticipated food events of the season. The Jamaica Food and Drink Festival kicked off its homage to local gastronomy with all things savoury and sweet, weathering the heat and brief showers of blessing to mark this flavour forward occasion.
