National Commercial Bank Limited this year hosted its second biennial Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Conference.

Following its successful inaugural staging in 2013, this year's conference sought to increase financing for local SMEs, in a bid to encourage economic growth.

The conference was specially designed to help SMEs identify ways in which they can increase operational capacity through funding, marketing and use of information communication technology.

The conference catered to more than 100 entrepreneurs, included hands-on workshops and interactive sessions about a variety of topics including technology and e-commerce, financing, entrepreneurial strategy, marketing and customer experience.
