The Hanover Police say they have not yet established a motive for yesterday’s shooting death of one man and the injury of three others, including two foreign nurses.

The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Vinton Campbell, a watersports attendant of First Brissett district, where the shooting took place.

The incident reportedly occurred around 2 p.m yesterday.

A police statement said all four were travelling in a Mini Cooper motorcar when another car blocked their path.

One of the occupants of the car blocking the path got out of the vehicle and opened fire at those in the Mini Cooper.

The police were summoned and all four were taken to hospital where Campbell was pronounced dead.

The others are being treated.
