Cyclist hit by minibus, crushed by truck

A fatal accident along Spanish Town Road in the vicinity of Toyota Jamaica this afternoon caused a major traffic pile-up along the thoroughfare.

Shortly after midday, a pedal cyclist was killed when he was hit by a minibus into the path of a truck.

The cyclist was crushed by the truck.

Traffic heading toward the Portia Simpson Miller Square has been diverted to share lanes with vehicles heading towards Riverton.
