The 50 young people who were enrolled in Food For The Poor Jamaica’s annual summer band camp for 2015, from June 20 to August 12, were happy to receive the instrument to which they were assigned at the charity organisation’s summer band camp’s graduation ceremony held on August 12, in St Catherine. Members of the charity organisation and guest speaker, saxophonist Dean Fraser, encouraged them to use these instruments to develop a skill or career for themselves.

Fifty children were trained by Food For The Poor during its recent summer band camp. The children each received musical instruments that they were trained to use.
