Barnett says CCJ debate rift 'unfortunate'

Dr Lloyd Barnett says it is not the norm for such contentions between the Opposition and the Government when debates involve constitutional changes.

Constitutional lawyer, Dr Lloyd Barnett, has described as unfortunate, the widening rift between Opposition and Government senators that has stalled the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) debate.
