Members of the Companies Office of Jamaica’s field team assist customers at the agency’s Mobile held in Montego Bay recently. The Mobile allows for customers to access services offered by the agency in various towns across Jamaica.

The Companies Office of Jamaica (COJ) will next week take its operations to towns in St Catherine.

Businesses and companies in the parish will get the opportunity to submit business name applications and renewals; new company registration; and outstanding company documents at the COJ's Mobile.

According to the COJ, the Mobiles are to encourage business and company operators to register and update their records with the agency.

The Mobiles will make stops in Old Harbour, Portmore, Linstead and Spanish Town and will run from November 23-27 offering services from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The COJ says persons attending the Mobiles can have their questions about registration answered by its field team.

Persons filing documents are asked to take along their business, company or personal Tax Registration Number (TRN).

The Mobile schedule is as follows:

Monday, November 23: Holy Trinity Anglican Church Hall, Darlington Drive, Old Harbour

Tuesday, November 24: Portmore Municipal Council, Shop 81-86 Portmore Pines Plaza

Wednesday, November 25: Holy Trinity Anglican Church Hall, Rodney Road, Linstead

Thursday to Friday, November 26-27: Spanish Town Revenue Centre, Twickenham Park, Spanish Town
