The secretariat of the West Kingston Commission Enquiry is expected to today disclose whether Convenor of the Tivoli Committee, Lloyd D'Aguilar will face criminal charges in relation to discrepancies in witness statements from residents of Tivoli Gardens.

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Paula Llewellyn, ruled on the matter over a week ago.

The matter was referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions for a decision after discrepancies were found in witness statements which were reportedly taken by D'Aguilar.

Residents have given testimony denying claims made in the statements.

They have blamed D'Aguilar for the discrepancies.
