Lawyer representing mothers in #deadbabiesscandal to file claim in court

Marc Ramsey, the lawyer representing the mothers of three babies who died during a bacterial outbreak at the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) says he will now move to file a claim in the court for damages.

He gave notice of the action yesterday after the hospital wrote to him indicating that it will not take the blame for the babies’ deaths.
