Corporate Hands: Help for Alpha Institute

Sandra Samuels-Reid, owner of Totally Male and president of the Rotary Club of St Andrew North, contributed a donation of $403,765.00 and $350,000.00 in kind. The cash contribution will assist in setting up equipment the ongoing needs of the Barbering Trade Programme.

Sameuls Reid has a special interest in the development of at risk youth, especially boys who are interested in learning a skill. Donations included barbering equipment, 100 entrepreneurial skills books and seven computers for the professional skills-training programme at the institute. The computers were donated by Carlton Cowell of the One Stop Computer Shop.
