Some residents of Manchester have expressed concern for their safety after the hunt for Jamaica's most wanted man, Marlon 'Duppy Film' Perry, extended to that parish last week.

Head of the Manchester police division Superintendent Vendolyn Cameron-Powell says since the search for Duppy Film in the parish, police stations across the parish have been receiving phone calls from fearful residents:

Superintendent Cameron-Powell says the Manchester police have increased patrols as they seek to capture Duppy Film and his cronies.

But she says the police are not sure if Duppy Film is still in Manchester.

Last week Duppy Film eluded police who were searching for him in Cross Keys, Manchester.

However, one of this cronies, Kevon Eldermire, otherwise called ‘Harry Patta’ of a St Thomas address was captured and taken into custody.
