CB Group has partnered with Junior Achievement Jamaica (JAJ), to give back to education. Staff members volunteered as teachers for a day at the Convent of Mercy Alpha Academy, teaching more than 230 grade-10 students the JAJ Career Success programme.

Comprising seven 45-minute sessions, the JAJ Career Success programme uses student-friendly materials to boost participation and interaction, covering critical thinking, communications, collaboration and creativity.

Students were also introduced to résumé development and writing cover letters, interviewing and the importance of managing a positive personal brand, especially through social media.

Students were also treated to CB pan chicken and Bad Dawg sausages.
