The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says some of its members today started wearing body cameras.
The JCF says the body cameras are being worn by police in the Police Area Four comprising Kingston Eastern, Kingston Central, St Andrew Central and Kingston Western.
The body cameras were provided last year through funding from the US Embassy in Jamaica.
The JCF has received over 120 body cameras.
The cameras are meant to strengthen the technological capacity of the police and their interaction with members of the public.
